Overview
CRL Amazing Glazing Plated Diamond Drills feature a unique aggressive sawtooth profile that reduces contact area, enhancing grinding action and coolant penetration.
These durable drills, available in diameters from 1/8" to 4-1/2", are machined from solid steel and perform exceptionally well in portable tripod and cup style machines.
For optimal results, use with DTC80 Diamond Tool Coolant and submerge in a retaining ring.
Even though they are plated, the drills can be sharpened once with a CRL Sharpening Stone to extend their lifespan.
Always prioritize safety by wearing eye protection and using a flat, horizontal surface for drilling.
Never perform freehand drilling, and ensure a stabilization base like our GDB1 & GDB2 Glass Drilling Bases is used to avoid any damage or voiding of the warranty.
