These CRL Overhead Door Closer Kits (SKU: CRL8960GE) include a medium spring size door closer, mounting clips, Type "S" side-load arm, and a "GE" bottom pivot set. The closer body fits standard 1-3/4" x 4" (44 x 102 mm) or larger extrusions and is compatible with overhead concealed door closer installations. Both 90ΒΊ and 105ΒΊ hold-open and no-hold-open models are available. Alternative spring sizes, hardware options, and overhead concealed door closer accessories can be ordered separately.
Independent Adjustment Valves
Non-critical valves provide independent control of closing speed and latching speed for precise adjustment.
Special Retaining Rings
Retaining rings prevent adjustment valve screws from backing out of the door closer body.
NOTE: Install an auxiliary floor or overhead door stop to prevent damage from over-extension of maximum door swing.
NOTE: Although A.D.A. Series door closers comply with A.D.A. specified opening forces, site conditions and door size may affect spring power and closing performance.
