The CRL Commercial Door Astragal is a mill-finish, extruded aluminum channel weatherstrip designed for commercial door astragal replacement and retrofit projects. It fits millions of existing installed doors and installs with just a screwdriver. The pre-punched spring tensioner enables fast, tool-minimal adjustment to the mating surface, and an exclusive impermeable film barrier effectively stops air infiltration for improved energy efficiency and sound control. The astragal can be cut to fit unusual lengths and is suitable for commercial door weatherstrip replacement and Kawneer® retrofit applications when the center channel width is 1/2" (12.7 mm) or more.
