CRL Air-Powered Pneumatic Muntin Bar Notcher for Window Frames

This CRL Air Powered Muntin Bar Notcher (SKU: APMN1) delivers accurate, burr-free notch cuts without hand deburring. The adjustable guide bar includes a graduated rule and sliding stop for precise spacing of notches along the muntin bar. All punch and die sections are made from hardened, ground tool steel for long life and consistent results.


The notcher ships with a hand-operated switch, air hose, cutting chart, and one punch and die set. Operational air requirement: 50 to 250 psi. A sample of the muntin bar to be used is required when ordering; additional punch and die sets are available. When placing an order for this air powered muntin bar notcher please provide:

• 1. Make of muntin bar
• 2. Size of muntin bar (example: 3/16" x 5/8")
• 3. Four (4) each 24" muntin bar samples sent to CRL Product Management in Los Angeles, CA (no samples required if using CRL muntins)
• 4. Customer receives one punch and die set with the notcher


• Allow 2–3 weeks for delivery
• Cutting chart not included
