CRL M64 is a one-part, moisture-curing, gun-grade modified polyurethane construction sealant designed for moving joints. It offers durable, permanently flexible performance without primer on most common substrates and provides excellent adhesion to fluoropolymer coatings such as KYNAR®, Duranar®, and Duranar® Sunstorm™.


Basic Uses

CRL M64 is formulated as a low-VOC, low-odor polyurethane sealant for sealing moving joints in concrete, masonry, metal, storefronts, curtain walls, and perimeter framing (door and window) applications. It bonds to standard metals (aluminum, steel, galvanized steel), plastics, vinyl, glass, wood, brass, and common building substrates. Compatible with insulating glass sealants when used as toe or heel beads, M64 performs in construction and manufacturing uses including travel trailers, mobile homes, and HVAC duct assembly.

Service temperature after full cure: -75°F to 300°F (-59°C to 149°C). Paintable with water-based paints after 2 hours.
