The Jackson® J190 Intermediate 3/4" Offset Pivots (SKU: 41J190R628) are intermediate pivots designed for standard 1-3/4" (44 mm) aluminum storefront doors to maintain door alignment in new construction and retrofit applications. These non-load-bearing, handed full-mortise intermediate pivots feature a fully retractable pin and 5/8" vertical adjustment for quick installation and on-site alignment. Constructed with a full race ball-bearing and oilite bronze bushing, they deliver smooth operation and extended service life. These pivots are templated for use in retrofit projects and storefront hardware systems.
Product Warning:
These pivots maintain door alignment when used with doors 90" (2.29 m) or taller. Each additional 30" (762 mm), or fraction thereof, requires an additional intermediate pivot.
