The CRL PR70 Series multi-size adjustable spring power surface mounted door closers deliver versatile commercial door control with models engineered for A.D.A. barrier-free openings, adjustable delayed-action operation, and heavy-duty closing for high-traffic doors. Available in aluminum and dark bronze, plus bright gold and polished chrome finishes for restaurants and upscale retail environments, these door closers match architectural requirements while providing reliable performance.

The Delayed Action feature lets you adjust how long the door remains open to ease passage in health care facilities, public buildings, and other ADA-sensitive locations. Independent adjustments for closing and latching speeds, plus an adjustable backcheck, protect the closer, door, and surrounding structures from damage caused by violent opening (wind or heavy pedestrian traffic).

All PR70 closers are UL Listed and include parallel arm brackets and mounting hardware for regular, top-jamb, or parallel-arm installations. Optional accessories — drop plates and hold-open arms — are available for special mounting needs. SKU: PR76DAA.
