CRL Diamond Countersink (SKU BDC1) — medium-grit metal bond diamond countersink designed for grinding precise, chip-free 90° tapers into existing glass holes. Use on any hole size up to the tool's maximum countersink diameter; runs at medium speeds and must contact the glass circumference evenly. Also effective on marble and granite. Available in alternate angles and diameters by special request.
Product Warning:
Always wear appropriate safety gear, including gloves and eye protection, when drilling or countersinking glass. Perform work on a flat, horizontal surface. Use a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (Cat. No. GF1) when operating electric tools with water or coolant. Failure to follow these precautions can result in operator injury.
