The CRL B7S Series heavy-duty square base shoe is engineered for glass railing systems and can be clad in multiple architectural finishes. Proper attachment of the base shoe to the substrate is critical; CRL has tested a variety of attachment methods and approved drilling patterns and fasteners to ensure a secure installation. A printed brochure with instructions, installation hints, cleaning, and refinishing techniques is available.


NOTE: 120" (3.05 m) and 240" (6.1 m) extrusions (extrusion only, without holes) cannot be used for the Dry Glaze System unless fabricated with the tested and approved hole and counterbore pattern. The Dry Glaze System requires counterbored attachment holes so no part of the fastener protrudes above the base of the channel opening. SHIPPING NOTE: Due to packaging and handling challenges with 240" (6.1 m) stock lengths, Will Call pickup at a distribution center is recommended. If shipment is required, all packaging and handling terms must be agreed to by CRL and the customer prior to shipping and will be documented on your quotation for approval.
