Our Battery Operated UV Curing Lamp (SKU: UB80) is a compact, portable UV lamp designed for small-scale UV bonding projects. Producing 1,000 microwatts/cm² of output, this battery operated UV curing lamp delivers reliable surface and thin-glass cures when proper pre-cure and final cure times are observed. It's an affordable, entry-level tool for curing UV adhesives on jewelry, small glass repairs, and model assemblies where a low-intensity, handheld UV light is appropriate.
Product Warning:
Always wear appropriate UV-absorbing safety glasses when curing adhesives. This is a very low-intensity lamp and should not be used for long joints or glass over 3/16" thick. Curing 1/4" thick glass or extended joints will significantly lengthen cure times beyond acceptable pre-cure and final-cure windows. For thicker glass, consider the UVBL15 model.
