Overview
The CRL Edgetech Super Spacer® is an advanced insulating silicone foam spacer that enhances window efficiency by minimizing perimeter edge condensation and reducing heat loss.
Ideal for producing both regular and special-shaped insulating glass units, this spacer saves production time by eliminating the need for desiccant beads and corner keys.
Available in gray or black, the Super Spacer® offers exceptional durability with its UV-resistant silicone material, which prevents degradation and accommodates glass bowing and thermal movement.
For optimal performance, it features a high-performance, multi-layer barrier film that reduces moisture vapor transmission and inert gas loss.
Note: Super Spacer® requires an edge sealant, with CRL Hot Melt Butyl or CRL 877 Super Spacer Sealant recommended.
Available in 66' rolls, with additional colors and bulk options upon special order.
