The CRL PR90 Grade 1 adjustable spring power surface-mounted door closer (SKU: PR90BLK) is engineered for high-traffic public buildings—hospitals, airports, shopping centers—and to help meet ADA accessibility requirements while delivering long-lasting, maintenance-free service. Closing and latching speeds are independently adjustable; an adjustable backcheck protects the closer, door, and adjacent surfaces from damage caused by violent opening due to wind or heavy pedestrian use.
All CRL PR90 closers are UL Listed and backed by a 10-year warranty. Each unit includes parallel arm brackets and mounting hardware for universal installation in standard, top jamb, or parallel arm applications. Optional accessories such as drop plates and hold-open arms are available for special installations.
