The CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System is an innovative glass entrance system engineered for secure, fast installation of 1/2" glass doors. Its exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System uses two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a stainless steel bar tightened with socket head cap bolts. As the bar is drawn down, angled wedges pull the extrusions together, creating extremely high retention force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail). This design secures monolithic tempered glass without shifting components and eliminates the need to remove internal parts before installation.

Product features and ordering notes:

• Rails ship fully fabricated and ready-to-install with End Caps installed
• Adjustable door alignment slide is pre-assembled—attach door arm or pivot (not included) to hang the door
• After installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: center secures the slide, outer two adjust ±1/8" (3.2 mm)
• Models with locks include the lock mechanism; keyed cylinders or thumbturns are ordered separately
• All rails include the built-in jamb alignment block; arms and pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements

All door rails are supplied with the standard Kwik-Adjust™ Pivot Alignment System. Specify door rail length (including End Caps) for custom lengths. Matching finish keyed cylinders, thumbturns, pivots and arms are available separately.
