Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SDU12C) measures just 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). These ready-to-install low profile door rails include end caps, installation instructions and adjustment wrenches — ideal when you need a low-profile door rail for 1/2" tempered glass.

NOTE: Actual product height: 2-5/16" (59 mm)

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers secure glass attachment plus the fastest installation time among door rail systems. Experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in less than ten minutes. CRL rails ship completely fabricated with end caps installed; after installing the rail, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The built-in Adjustable Door Alignment System lets you shift the door 1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door — standard on both top and bottom rails. To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the adjustable slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile adjustable slide also allows pivots with slotted grooves to be positioned beyond the American Standard setback of 2-3/4" (69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.

Other reasons to choose Wedge-Lock® Door Rails:
  • Models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass
  • Rigid single-component housing that will not shift or fall out of adjustment over time
  • Internal components do not require removal before installation
  • Durable glass securing pads designed for longevity in extreme environments
