Our innovative glass entrance product, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, features the exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System. The system secures glass by applying downward pressure through two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar tightened with socket head cap bolts. The angled extrusions engage an angled groove in the rail so the wedge action compresses the extrusions and gasket, producing extremely high retention force (more than 900 lbs. in our 9" corner rail). This robust design delivers secure glass attachment for monolithic tempered doors and is ideal for commercial storefront and glass door applications.

Installation & adjustment: After installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts. The center bolt secures the adjustable slide; the outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. Low-profile slide allows pivot placement other than the American Standard setback for out-of-square openings. Arms and pivots must be ordered separately to match job requirements.

Product size note: Actual product height: 10" (254 mm). All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in Jamb Alignment Block. Closer arms and floor or overhead pivots are not included.
