CRL Low Profile Door Rail — compact and ready-to-install. This low profile door rail measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and includes End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches. The rail incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System for secure, reliable attachment and the industry’s fastest installation times for door rails.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides quick installation — experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive completely fabricated with End Caps installed; after mounting the rail, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail. The adjustable door alignment system allows 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment without removing the door. This adjustment is standard on both top and bottom rails.

To access adjustments after installation, remove the End Cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile adjustable slide permits pivot placement other than the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), allowing fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
