Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SDU12CL) is engineered for tempered, monolithic glass and measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide. It features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2, Canadian Patent 2,419,706, and European Patent No. EP 1 404 939 B1) for fast, secure attachment — ideal for low profile door rail installations on glass doors.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers the fastest installation time of any door rail system in the industry; experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. Rails ship ready-to-install with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches. After mounting the rail, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the pre-assembled adjustable door alignment slide. The adjustable slide on both top and bottom rails permits ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door—useful for vertically out-of-square openings.

To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, and the two outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide lets pivots with slotted grooves be positioned other than the American Standard setback of 2-3/4" (69.8 mm).
