Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR10SDU34CL) features the exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2, Canadian Patent 2,419,706, and European Patent No. EP 1 404 939 B1). Designed for tempered monolithic glass doors, the system secures glass with two aluminum retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel pressure bar that pulls into angled grooves to create exceptional retention force—more than 900 lbs. in a 9" (228.6 mm) corner rail—delivering reliable strength for commercial glass doors and storefront entrances.

CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rails ship completely fabricated and ready-to-install with End Caps installed. After rail installation, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable slide already assembled in the rail. To fine-tune alignment after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: center secures the slide, outers adjust ±1/8" (3 mm). The low-profile slide allows pivot placement other than the American Standard setback of 2-3/4" (69.8 mm).
