Our CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System features the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). This commercial glass door rail for 3/8" glass secures the glass by applying downward pressure via two aluminum retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is tensioned with socket head cap bolts, angled extrusions engage an angled groove in the rail to clamp the glass—the 9" (228.6 mm) corner rail develops over 900 lbs. of clamping force.

Installation is quick—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the assembled adjustable alignment slide. To fine-tune alignment after hanging, remove the end cap to access the three socket head cap bolts: center bolt locks the slide, outer bolts adjust the slide in or out 1/8" (3.2 mm). The low-profile slide lets pivots with slotted grooves be positioned off the American Standard Setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm) for vertically out-of-square openings.
