CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SDU38SL) measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and includes the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). How it installs & adjusts
Rails come fabricated with End Caps installed. After installing the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail. To fine-tune alignment after installation, remove the End Cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide ±1/8" (3 mm). The low-profile slide lets pivots be positioned other than the American Standard setback of 2-3/4" (69.8 mm), allowing fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
