CRL Low Profile Door Rail — compact at 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall and 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide, this door rail integrates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2, Canadian Patent 2,419,706, European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails come complete with End Caps, installation instructions and adjustment wrenches for fast, professional installation of 3/8" (10 mm) tempered glass doors.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides a secure glass attachment and the fastest installation time among door rail systems—experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. Rails ship fully fabricated and ready-to-install; after installation the only step before hanging the door is attaching the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The Adjustable Door Alignment System lets you adjust the door 1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This adjustment is standard on both top and bottom rails. To adjust the door after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, and the two outer bolts move the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide enables pivot positioning other than the American Standard Setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm) and allows fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
