CRL Low Profile Door Rail measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 & 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails come complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches for quick, ready-to-install performance.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers fast installations and secure glass retention — experienced installers can prepare a door in less than ten minutes. Rails ship fully fabricated with End Caps installed; after mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the pre-assembled adjustable door alignment slide.

The adjustable door alignment slide allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. Adjustment is standard on both top and bottom rails. To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the slide; the outer bolts provide the 1/8" in/out adjustment. The low-profile slide also permits pivot placement other than the American Standard setback to accommodate vertically out-of-square openings.
