Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TDU38C) is engineered for frameless commercial and architectural doors using 3/8" (10 mm) monolithic tempered glass. At only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall and 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide, this low-profile door rail incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) for a secure hold and the industry’s fastest installation times.

How the adjustment works: After installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts. The center bolt secures the adjustable slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide in or out up to 1/8" (3.2 mm). The low-profile slide allows pivot placement other than the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.

• Pivot inserts (1NT701, 1NT703, 1NT704) and closer arms/floor or overhead pivots are sold separately
