CRL Deluxe Header Kit (SKU: SDH980BL) provides sturdy support and improved safety for glass panels that do not reach the ceiling. Designed for in-house fabrication, this deluxe header kit includes selectable component parts and is available in 66", 95", or 144" lengths. Each header extrusion features a narrow 1-1/4" (32 mm) face to minimize visible sight lines—ideal for frameless glass shower doors and commercial glass partitions where a clean, low-profile appearance is important.

Header extrusion is constructed from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy. 90° and 135° fixed corners, adjustable corners, and a special adapter block for pivot hinge installations are sold separately. A blank mounting bracket is available separately for installations where the header does not meet the wall at 90°.

This kit is adaptable for use with Senior Prima, Senior Cardiff, Prima, Cardiff, Rondo, or Shell hinges when paired with top and bottom mount pivot hinges.

Each Deluxe Header Kit contains:

• 66" (1.67 m), 95" (2.41 m) or 144" (3.65 m) piece of header extrusion
• 36" (.91 m) piece of snap-in filler for door pocket
• Vinyl for 5/16" (8 mm) and 3/8" (10 mm) glass (not required for 1/2" (12 mm) glass)
• Pack of BWB2 brass wall mounting brackets (pack includes two brackets)
