Overview
The CRL Deluxe Header Kit is an essential solution for securing glass panels that don't reach the ceiling, offering increased support and safety.
Available in 66", 95", or 144" lengths, each aluminum header extrusion minimizes the visible sight line with its narrow 1-1/4" (32 mm) face.
This versatile kit includes a 36" aluminum snap-in filler for door pockets, a pack of two BWB2 brass wall mounting brackets, and clear vinyl for 5/16" and 3/8" glass, making it compatible with Senior Prima, Senior Cardiff, Prima, Cardiff, Rondo, and Shell Hinges.
Note that 90-degree, 135-degree, and adjustable corners, as well as a special adapter block for pivot hinge installations, are sold separately.
For optimal results, the header is constructed from durable 6063-T5 aluminum alloy.
If using the kit with 1/4" glass, order the HV140 clear vinyl separately.
