CRL Rubber Insert (SKU: LR21PV) — a flexible black vinyl insert engineered for U-channel cap railing installations with laminated tempered glass. The insert cushions and protects glass from metal-to-glass contact, helps align panels during fitting, and fits 27/32" (21.52 mm) laminated glass for a secure, professional finish. Ideal for railing projects requiring durable glass-to-metal protection and temporary panel alignment.
NOTE: 95CBL Silicone is recommended to secure the vinyl inside the cap pocket and to the glass. Do not use LR56PV vinyl in CRS systems; use GR5PV instead. For installation assistance, contact CRL Railing Products Technical Sales Department.
