The CRL HSS2000 Smoke Seal is an advanced solution for enhancing life safety by preventing the spread of flames, smoke, and toxic gases.
This innovative seal, tested in compliance with UL10C, UBC 7-2, ASTM, and UL Standards, provides excellent thermal insulation to deter heat transfer.
With an adhesive backing for easy and cost-effective installation, the CRL HSS2000 is effective at temperatures up to 800 degrees.
Its flexible intumescent material expands when heated, sealing air spaces between doors and window frames, and beginning to compress at 250 degrees, effortlessly sealing openings with gaps as small as 1/16 inch.
