CRL 44NC Neutral Automotive Silicone is a fast-curing neutral-cure silicone sealant formulated for automotive weatherproofing. Designed for sealing sunroofs, van windows, roof vents and other vehicle applications, 44NC stops leaks while cushioning glass against shock and vibration. This one-part, low-odor formula provides primerless adhesion to aluminum, stainless steel, chromium, tin, iron, rigid PVC, phenolic resin, glass, ceramic and most reflective-coated glasses—making it an ideal neutral cure automotive silicone sealant for both repair and production use.
44NC is non-corrosive, so it’s safe for installations on sheet metal roofs and other sensitive substrates. Its fast cure time and easy tooling speed up in-house production and repair work. When properly applied and cured under normal conditions, 44NC silicone sealant stays flexible for at least 20 years, offering durable weatherproofing and vibration resistance.
All CRL silicone sealant cartridges include innovative Screw-On Nozzles for greater yield per tube. Nozzles are 4 inches long and tapered so you can trim to the exact bead size. To order additional nozzles, specify Cat. No. S1LN0Z.
