CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SBL12CL) measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). These low profile door rails are shipped complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches for quick, ready-to-install use.

Installation and adjustment: Rails arrive fabricated and ready-to-install with End Caps installed. After installation attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable alignment slide already assembled in the rail. To fine-tune alignment, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment. Low-profile slide design allows pivot placement other than the American Standard Setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm) for out-of-square openings.

• All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in Jamb Alignment Block; arms and pivots sold separately to meet job requirements.
• Models with locks are supplied with the lock mechanism installed; matching finish keyed cylinders or thumbturns must be ordered separately.
