An innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR6SBL34CL) uses the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2, Canadian Patent 2,419,706, European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) to secure monolithic tempered glass quickly and securely. The system applies controlled downward pressure using two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is tightened with socket head cap bolts, angled extrusions engage an angled groove in the door rail, pulling the extrusions together and compressing the door retaining gasket to generate very high retention force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail).

• Standard adjustable door alignment slide allowing ±1/8" (3.2 mm) adjustment without removing the door

• Internal components that do not need removal for installation; glass securing pads built for longevity in extreme environments

Top and bottom rails include the Adjustable Door Alignment System; after installation remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts — center bolt secures the slide, outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3.2 mm) in or out.

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails feature the built-in Jamb Alignment Block. Arms and pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.

ORDERING INFORMATION:

• All Door Rails are supplied with standard Kwik-Adjust™ Pivot Alignment System. Closer arms and floor or overhead pivots must be ordered separately.
• Models with locks are supplied with the lock mechanism installed. Matching finish keyed cylinders or thumbturns must be ordered separately.
• End Caps are included in the stock Door Rail
