CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SBL38CL) measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and includes the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2, Canadian Patent 2,419,706, European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails come complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches — ready to install for commercial and architectural glass door applications.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers secure attachment and the fastest installation times among door rail systems. Experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated with End Caps installed; after mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable door alignment slide.

The Adjustable Door Alignment System lets you shift the door 1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. Adjustment is accessible by removing the End Cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: the center secures the slide, the outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide enables use of pivots with slotted grooves and fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.

Other key features: models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10–19 mm) glass; one-piece rigid housing resists shifting; internal components do not require removal before installation; glass securing pads are designed for longevity in extreme environments.

Note: All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include a built-in jamb alignment block. Arms, pivots, keyed cylinders, thumbturns, and closers must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.
