Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR4TBL12CL), uses the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System to clamp tempered glass from the bottom using two aluminum glass-retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is tensioned with socket head cap bolts, angled extrusions wedge together in the rail groove to create exceptional holding force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail), delivering secure, durable glass attachment for commercial glass doors.

The Wedge-Lock® system is engineered for fast installation—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes—and ships fully fabricated with End Caps installed. After rail installation, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the pre-assembled adjustable door alignment slide.

The standard Adjustable Door Alignment System lets you adjust the door 1/8" (3.2 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. To access adjustments after installation, remove the End Cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust ±1/8" (3.2 mm). The low-profile slide supports pivots with slotted grooves and allows fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
