Our innovative glass entrance product, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR10SBL58SL) uses the exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System to clamp the glass via two aluminum retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is drawn down with socket head cap bolts, angled wedges in the rail compress the extrusions and gasket, generating high holding force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail) for secure, durable attachment along the full 35-3/4" (908 mm) rail length.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers industry-leading installation speed — experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails ship completely fabricated and ready-to-install with end caps installed. After rail placement, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable door alignment slide. The adjustable alignment slide provides ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment without removing the door; standard on both top and bottom rails.

To fine-tune after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, and the outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide and slotted pivot grooves allow installation offset from the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm) and accommodate vertically out-of-square openings.
