Tremco® Spectrem® 2 Silicone Sealant (SKU: 947802) is a medium-modulus, one-part, neutral-cure silicone sealant engineered for caulking and glazing joints in windows, curtain wall systems, and two-sided structural glazing. It performs as a durable weather seal and tensile bead where movement accommodation and long-term adhesion are required.


Basic Uses
CRL Tremco® Spectrem® 2 is formulated for cap beads, toe beads, heel beads, air seals, and other typical sealant joints. Recommended as a weather seal and tensile bead in two-sided structural glazing and for sealing joints within curtain walls and window systems where a medium-modulus neutral-cure silicone is specified.

Limitations

Spectrem® 2 meets or exceeds TT-S-001543A (COM-NBS) Class A; TT-S-00230C (COM-NBS) Class A, Type II; ASTM C-920 Type S, Grade NS, Class 50, Use NT, M, G, A, O; CAN/CGSB-19.13-M87; and AAMA 802.3-92 (Type I and II), 805.2-94 (Grade C), 808.3-92 — making it suitable for many architectural glazing specifications.
