CRL-Blumcraft® manufactures a complete line of access control handles designed for all-glass doors, including panic devices, deadbolt handles, electronic egress control handles, and matching dummy handles to maintain a consistent appearance across projects without added cost.

An electronic switch concealed within the vertical tubing of the electronic egress control handle releases an electromagnetic lock at the top or bottom of the door when the interior actuation bar is pushed—consult local building codes for acceptability of electromagnetic locking hardware.

CRL EG100 Series Electronic Egress Control Handles (SKU: EG100F3RK0RB) provide an economical access-control solution that preserves the view and contemporary look of all-glass entrances. These elegant tubular devices maximize viewing area on 1/2" or 3/4" (12 or 19 mm) tempered glass doors while meeting ADA requirements for safe egress.

The interior portion is a slender 1-1/4" (32 mm) tube that stretches across the door and then turns upward to the top, keeping the lower half of the door clear of obstructions to comply with ADA guidelines.
