The Blumcraft PA-310 Panic Device (SKU: PA310FS3GKPS) uses an innovative 2-piece design: an independent, ultra-narrow crash bar that securely attaches to the slim vertical panic component. This lets you achieve full-length ladder-pull aesthetics (10" above finished floor) on both interior and exterior sides of glass doors while providing reliable commercial-grade exit hardware for storefronts and thermal glass doors.
The concealed operating mechanism inside the vertical tubing retracts the latch bolt when the interior actuation bar is pressed. Optional keyed exterior access, special dogging for unlocked business-hour operation, and compatibility with electronic strikes provide flexible, secured-entry configurations for retail, office, and public buildings.
