CRL-Blumcraft® Top Quality Extruded Cap Rails (SKU 324M) are precision-extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum and supplied in two architectural finishes plus mill aluminum. Designed for 1/2" (12 mm) glass, these heavy-duty cap rails ship in 120" (3.05 m) stock lengths or can be custom fabricated to your specified size. Use stainless steel adapter strips, Very High Bond cladding tape, and splice pins (all sold separately) for a secure, long-lasting installation—differentiators that ensure reliable attachment and a clean architectural appearance.
When installing CRL-Blumcraft® 324 and 339 Series cap rails, first apply the stainless steel adapter strips to the glass edge using Very High Bond tape, then install the cap rail over the adapter strip for correct fit and finish.
NOTE: Each cap rail includes pre-drilled holes 24" (610 mm) on center and set screws along one side for proper attachment to the adapter strips.
