With CRL's 1-1/4" Diameter Standoff System you can specify a versatile 1-1/4" (32 mm) architectural standoff system for glass panels, plastic or wood substrates. The variety of bases and caps lets designers and contractors create distinct looks for retail, commercial, and residential projects. Installation requires drilling 5/8" (16 mm) holes in panels and polishing or finishing edges for a contemporary finish. Each stock 1-1/4" (32 mm) round or square standoff base is drilled and tapped 5/16"-18 through the complete length. Available in many distinctive and popular finishes, CRL standoffs combine high-tech design with durable appearance. The system integrates with CRL Edge Grips and Swivel Fittings for maximum versatility. 1-1/4" (32 mm) standoff bases are offered in eight lengths, from 1/4" to 6" (6 to 152.4 mm). Matching Cap Assemblies are sold separately.

NOTE: Minimum material thickness for use with 1-1/4" (31.7 mm) diameter standoff bases is 1/4" (6 mm) with Standard and Low Profile Caps, and 3/8" (10 mm) with Flush Mount Cap.
