CRL Tremco® DyMonic® FC (SKU: 960801323) is a fast-skinning, high-performance, low-modulus, one-component moisture-curing polyurethane sealant. It cures to a smooth, consistent surface and guns easily with conventional caulking equipment. At 70°F (21°C) DyMonic® FC skins in about one hour—dramatically faster than regular DyMonic® (typical 16-hour skin time)—resulting in less dirt pick-up and faster project turnaround.


Basic Uses
DyMonic® FC is formulated for sealing dynamic moving joints in precast concrete panels, curtainwall systems, tilt-up panels, expansion and control joints, and perimeter caulking for windows and doors. It’s also suitable for bedding mullions, frames, and panels. The product delivers strong, durable adhesion with excellent weather resistance and a balance of high strength, low modulus, and high recovery to withstand moisture, shear, and joint deflection.

Meets U.S. Federal Specification TT-S-00230C, Type II, Class A; Canadian standard CAN/CGSB-19.13-M87; and ASTM C 920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 50 (DyMonic® FC) and Class 25 (DyMonic®), Use NT, M, A and O.

Limitations & Product Warning
Do not apply to damp or contaminated surfaces. Some substrates (for example certain high-performance paints and architectural finishes) may require priming. Painting over DyMonic® is not recommended—paint may crack or peel with joint movement. Check the cartridge label and Specification Data Sheet for additional limitations and surface preparation guidance.
