CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N045BBRZ) — a solid brass glass shower door hinge designed for residential and hotel glass shower doors. Pinnacle shares the reliable mechanics of our Geneva Series but adds radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern appearance. Ideal for frameless glass shower doors and specialty shower installations, Pinnacle Hinges accommodate 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) thick tempered safety glass and are self-centering when within 15° of the closed position. Stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs ensure long service life and reliable door closure.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with one side marked 90° and the other 85° (5° tighter closure). Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models are factory set to 85°. The pin can be rotated to change the active angle.

Custom Pivot Pin: Available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired closing position.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges with 8–12 mm glass: holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg), maximum door width 28" (711 mm).
Using three hinges with 8–12 mm glass: holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg), maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
