The CRL Adjustable Vienna Series is an adjustable shower door hinge engineered for easy, on‑door angle adjustment. After the door is hung, loosen the Allen set screws, rotate the door to the desired closed position (up to 90°), and retighten—the hinge self‑centers to hold the set position. The hinge permits the door to swing 90° inward and 90° outward (adjusting from factory set position reduces swing in that direction). For outward‑swinging doors with a clear door jamb, set the hinge to close 5° into the shower for a snug jamb seal.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with one side marked 90° (factory active) and the other marked 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the closing angle.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins are available for off‑angle installations up to 45°. Specify the required angle when standard adjustment does not achieve the desired closure.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass, the hinge supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass, the hinge supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
