CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L045BCH) — a heavy-duty shower door hinge engineered for wider, heavier doors. Similar to Vienna Hinges but with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek appearance, Cologne Hinges use two internal steel pins that can be left in place for "mouse-ears" cut-outs or removed for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (including some competitive templates). Standard reversible pivot pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90º and 85º markings. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; Pre-Set models ship pre-set at 85º (5º tighter closure into shower interior). The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the active side.

Custom pivot pin: Custom pivot pins up to 45º are available for off-angle installations when the standard 5º adjustment does not close the door as required.

Load capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lb (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 140 lb (63 kg), max width 36" (914 mm).
