CRL Cologne 180 Brushed Chrome Frameless Shower Glass-to-Glass Hinge

CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L180BCH) — heavy-duty glass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors. Similar to CRL Vienna hinges but with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern appearance. Designed to work with CRL "mouse-ears" or rectangular cut-outs for flexible glass fabrication. Two internal steel pins provide template options: leave pins in for mouse-ear cut-outs (for safety) or remove pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with square-corner cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Cologne hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90º and 85º settings. Standard models ship set at 90º; Pre-Set models ship at 85º (5º tighter closure into the shower interior). The pin can be rotated to change the angle setting.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45º).

LOAD CAPACITY:
Using two hinges: For 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm) — holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges: For 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm) — holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
