The CRL Plymouth Series Hinges are the perfect solution for supporting heavier and wider shower doors, capable of holding up to 140 lbs.
(64 kg) with just two hinges and accommodating doors up to 39" (1 m) wide.
These hinges are designed for use with 3/8" to 1/2" (10 to 12 mm) thick tempered glass, and they offer a frameless aesthetic by minimizing hardware.
Featuring an integrated safety interlock for enhanced glass panel control, these hinges are available in wall mount and 180-degree glass-to-glass models.
Built with solid brass and equipped with heat-treated stainless steel springs, they ensure exceptional durability and self-centering closing action within 15 degrees of the closed position.
For precise installation, glass fabrication is required, and provided gaskets, screws, and dimensions ensure a smooth setup.
Ensure not to exceed the maximum door weight and width, and use no more than two hinges per door.
