CRL Plymouth Series Hinges (SKU: PLY180BN) support wider, heavier frameless shower doors—up to 140 lbs (64 kg) and 39" (1 m) wide using only two hinges. These heavy-duty, solid-brass shower door hinges are designed to deliver a clean, minimal hardware look for frameless glass enclosures while providing exceptional holding power.

These hinges use an integrated stiffening beam to minimize clamping plate flex and improve durability. Heat-treated stainless steel springs increase longevity and provide strong self-centering force near the closed position, making them an ideal choice for residential and hotel frameless shower door installations.

IMPORTANT: Use only two hinges per door. Do not use three hinges.

Using two hinges: With 3/8" to 1/2" (10–12 mm) tempered glass at up to 39" (1 m) width, the pair will support up to 140 lbs (64 kg).
