The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N580BN) is a glass shower door hinge engineered for style and reliable performance. Similar to the Geneva Series but with radius corners and beveled edges, the Pinnacle Hinge offers a sleek, modern appearance. It fits 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and is self-centering within 15° of the closed position. Constructed from solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs, Pinnacle delivers long service life and smooth, dependable door closure. The hinge features the reversible 5° pivot pin (also used in Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite series) and supports an optional custom pivot pin for off-angle installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Pinnacle Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard units ship set to 90°. Pre-set models ship set to 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change settings.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for non‑90° wall conditions (up to 45°) when the standard 5° offset does not achieve the desired door position.

LOAD CAPACITY:
Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: supports up to 80 lb (36 kg), maximum door width 28" (711 mm).
Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: supports up to 120 lb (54 kg), maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
