The CRL Adjustable Vienna Series upgrades the popular Vienna hinge into a precision adjustable shower door hinge. Final angle adjustment (up to 90°) is made after the door is hung—simply loosen the Allen set screws, rotate the door to the desired closed position, then tighten. The hinge self-centers when within 15° of closed and allows the door to swing 90° in and 90° out (factory-set position). For outward-swinging doors using a clear jamb, you can preset the hinge to close 5° inside the shower for a snug jamb seal.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models use the 85° side (5° tighter closure into the shower). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° is insufficient to close the door as required.

Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) tempered safety glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) tempered safety glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
