CRL Brushed Nickel Round Glass Clamp 2in Radius for 1/4–5/16in

Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU Z206BN) fit glass thicknesses from 1/4" to 1/2" (6–12 mm) and are offered in zinc or stainless steel. These radius-back glass clamps are ideal for partitions, railings, windbreaks and similar architectural projects where a secure clamp for 2" (50.8 mm) round tubing is required.


To secure the Z-Clamp to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut with the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required in the glass when using the included steel pin for additional support. Replacement gaskets: CRL Cat. No. Z14RG.

Product Warning:

For interior installations where the glass is not supported at the bottom edge, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
