Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps are expertly crafted for glass thickness ranging from 1/4" to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm), available in durable zinc or stainless steel options.
These versatile clamps are ideal for use in partitions, railings, and windbreaks.
For thin wall tubing applications, pair the Z-Clamp with CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut, ensuring a secure fit.
Installation requires a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole and the use of the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with a 34618 5/16” Mandrel and Nosepiece.
A 1/2" (12 mm) notch is needed for additional glass support with the included steel pin, and replacement gaskets can be ordered via CRL Cat.
