CRL Zurich Series professional hinges (SKU: ZUR02BN) fit 5/16" (8 mm) to 3/8" (10 mm) tempered safety glass. The Zurich line was CRL’s first bi-fold hinge series and includes seven models in stainless steel or solid brass construction. These hinges install with only two holes per hinge per panel—no cut-out required—and are available in multiple finishes, with custom finishes available on request.

Replacement cover plate screws: Item No. P512, sold in packs of 100 in multiple finishes.

Load & size limits:

• Using two hinges with 5/16"–3/8" (8–10 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
• Using three hinges with 5/16"–3/8" (8–10 mm) glass: holds up to 150 lbs (68 kg); maximum door width 40" (1.02 m).
