Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SBS12CL) is designed for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass and measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide. It features CRL’s patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. and international patents) for fast, secure installation and long-term glass retention. Rails ship complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

Product Details:
• Actual Product Height: 2-5/16” (59 mm).
• Rails come pre-fabricated and ready-to-install; attach door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable alignment slide already assembled in the rail.
• After installation, remove End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: center bolt secures the slide; outer bolts adjust ±1/8" (3 mm).
• Models available to accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass (select models).
• All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in Jamb Alignment Block; arms and pivots must be ordered separately.
