- CRL SKU GR207BS — Bumped-formed and welded cap rail available in 120" (3.05 m) and 168" (4.27 m) stock lengths
- Available in three diameters and four architectural finishes for glass railing and balustrade systems
- Connects to fabricated corners and end caps; use Connector Sleeve No. GR20CSS for secure joints
- Stainless: Alloy 304 standard; Alloy 316 available on special order. Brass: Alloy 260 standard
All CRL Premium Cap Railings are formed with precision tooling to maintain uniform diameters for smooth hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps. The internal channel is welded in place for increased strength and dimensional stability—ideal for glass railing fabrication and commercial guardrail applications. For permanent bonds at connections use Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement.
Use Connector Sleeves to join cap rails; order stainless Alloy 316 on special request for marine or corrosive environments. For brass cap rails, Alloy 260 is standard. Contact CRL Railing Technical Sales for alloy options, quotes, or technical assistance.
NOTE: When using GR207, GR257, and GR307 Series Cap Rails, secure the glass with Cat. No. GR7PV Cap Rail Vinyl and 95CBL Silicone.
