Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR10SBS34CL) is a high-performance glass door rail designed for commercial and architectural storefronts. The exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) secures monolithic tempered glass by applying downward wedge pressure through two aluminum glass-retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is tightened with socket head cap bolts, the angled extrusions lock together in the rail’s groove to create exceptional clamping force — over 900 lbs. in the 9" (228.6 mm) corner rail and proportionally greater force in full-length rails like the 35-3/4" (908 mm) model.

Adjustment after installation is simple: remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts — center bolt secures the slide; two outer bolts adjust the slide +/-1/8" (3 mm).

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in Jamb Alignment Block. Arms, pivots, closer arms, and floor or overhead pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.
